PP bags are made in two mouth types. Your selection is automatically carried over to the order specification below.

PP bag — zigzag thermo-cut mouth close-up

ZIGZAG THERMO-CUT

The bag's mouth is heat-cut in a zigzag pattern — the fabric edge doesn't fray, and there is no seam. After filling, the mouth is sewn shut or closed on the customer's line. The most common option for economical bulk packaging.

SEWN MOUTH

The mouth edge is folded and sewn — a stronger, neater edge that won't unravel under tension. Suits heavy goods, reusable bags and branded packaging.

In both variants the bottom of the bag is sewn; size, fabric density, liner and printing are made to order.

What types of PP bags are available?
Two mouth-closure types: zigzag thermo-cut (open mouth, no seam) and sewn mouth. Both are made in 10–100 kg capacity, any size, and with printing.
What's the difference between thermo-cut and sewn mouth?
With thermo-cut, the bag's mouth is heat-cut in a zigzag — the fabric doesn't fray, there's no seam, and the price is more favorable; after filling, the customer sews or closes the mouth themselves. With a sewn mouth, the edge is folded and sewn — stronger and neater, for heavy goods and branded products.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order for PP bags is 300,000 pcs (one truckload). For smaller volumes, please consult a manager separately.
Can you print a color logo?
Yes, multi-color printing is available — specify your logo and branding requirements in the order specification.
Can you add an inner protective layer (liner)?
Yes, an inner PE liner can be added for protection against moisture or dust.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production time is 25–30 days after prepayment. Delivery time is added depending on the destination and mode of transport (see Delivery methods for details).
